Complaints about content posted on AgrOrbit :

AgrOrbit respects the copyright of others and wishes to offer a platform that does not contain content that infringes on those rights. The User Agreement requires the information published by Members to be accurate, legal and not infringe on the rights of third parties. To promote these goals, AgrOrbit provides a content complaints process published by our Members. Our policies and procedures are described and / or referenced in the following sections.

Please note that whether or not we disable access to content, AgrOrbit may forward the written notice, including the complainant’s contact information, to the Member who posted the content and / or take other reasonable steps to notify Member that AgrOrbit has been notified of an alleged copyright infringement or other infringement. It is also our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to deactivate and / or terminate the accounts of Members or groups as the case may be, who repeatedly violate or otherwise violate the rights of others or otherwise publish illegal content.

Please note that any notice or counter-notification you submit must be true and must be subject to a penalty of forgery. Incorrect notification or counter-notification may result in personal liability. Therefore, you may want to seek the advice of a legal counsel before submitting a notice or counter-notification.

Pursuant to the Digital Property Rights Act (96/9 / EC and 2001/29 / EC), AgrOrbit has implemented procedures for obtaining written notice of alleged infringements. AgrOrbit has also appointed a copyright notification agent. If you believe in good faith that your copyright has been infringed, you may complete and file a copyright notice form or otherwise provide a written notice containing:

• Electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright holder;
• A description of the copyrighted work you are claiming has been violated.
• A description that identifies the site on our site of the material you claim to be infringing.
• Your email address and your postal address and / or your telephone number.
• A statement by you that you have good faith that the disputed use is not permitted by the copyright holder, his agent or the law;
• A statement by you, which is made under the penalty of forgery, that the information contained in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright holder or have the authority to act on behalf of the copyright holder.

Counter-notification :

If you believe that a copyright notice has been incorrectly filed against you, you may file a counter-notification. You can fill out the counter-notification form regarding the copyright infringement claim or otherwise provide a written notice containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identify the material that has been removed or that access has been disabled.
• A statement with a penalty of forgery that you believe in good faith that the removal or deactivation of the material was wrong or that the material was incorrect.
• Your full name, your email address, your postal address and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court (i) in the jurisdiction in which your address is located, if the address is in Greece, if the address is outside Greece, and that you will accept the service of the proceedings by the Complainant submitting the notice or his authorized representative.

Neither these AP materials nor any part of them can be stored on a computer except for personal and non-commercial use. Users are not permitted to download or play a significant portion of the AP material contained on this site. AP will not be liable for any delays, inaccuracies, errors or omissions from it or during the transmission or delivery of all or any part of it or for any damages resulting from any of the above.
